FOODS LIKE TO RUIN YOUR SEX LIFE It is common knowledge that there's a definite link between what you eat and how you feel; which probably means you also know that there's a link between your nutrition and your sex life. FOODS RICH IN SATURATED FATS: The saturated fats you'll find in most cheeses and fatty meats clog your arteries...not exactly news to you. But did you know that the first arteries usually affected are the penal and vaginal arteries? They're small, which means they quickly collect plaque. So, even if you're still looking svelte despite your close personal relationship with foods rich in saturated fats, your sex life might be suffering. Foods heavy on trans fats: Let's face it, you've probably never heard a good word about trans fats...and processed baked goods are loaded with them. In addition to clogging arteries, trans fats have also been linked to reduced testosterone levels (which means lower sex drive). Other foods that contain trans fats include French fries, pancakes, fried chicken, microwave popcorn, ice creams, non dairy creamers, cookies, biscuits and sweet rolls, frozen or creamy beverages, and crackers. ALCOHOL: If you always require a couple of drinks before you can get in the mood for sex, there's something seriously wrong with your sex life. Alcohol is commonly perceived as an aphrodisiac that breaks down barriers and inhibitions before sex, but all it actually does is numb your libido in the long term. Getting drunk might even put off your partner and you might end up having lousy sex. The same goes for recreational drugs and other so-called libido boosters.

INTRODUCTION: Trees as they are have so many uses in manufacturing of furnitures, books for aesthetic purpose etc. The benefits of trees can be grouped into social, communal, environmental, and economic purposes. Which has made it imperitive to consider the following reasons why we should plant trees. 1 FUEL: space heating uses 30-40% of the energy consumed in our homes, heating sources in our homes, primarily are heating oil, natural gas and electricity( from natural gas, coal, nuclear and hydroelectric dams). In most of our industrial world, wood is still the primary sources of heating and cooking fires and has been for thousands of years. There has seriously affected the environment in so many ways including deforestation and depletion of the ozone layer which is not fair. 2 TREES PROVIDE FOOD: fruits like apples, peaches, peas, oranges, plums, figs and nuts(almonds, chestnut, walnut) which offer an important source of fat, nutrient, taste and sweetness unlike annual crops, trees only need to be planted once, minimizing soil and nutrients loss. 3 SOURCE OF IN INCOME: Trees can be a source income. Local food and fuel are poise to return to the prominence the enjoyed for all of human history. Someone will need to provide food and fuel, but many people don't have room to grow their own fruit, nuts and firewood, especially in densely populated cities or they simply don't know how. People who have the space, the knowledge and the foresight to plant now can help meet the critical need for non fossil fuel-subsidized food and fuel. A well manage forest can yield wood not only for personal use, but also for sale as firewood or lumber. An orchard can provide food for sale and for the family they by providing income to the family or individual. 4 AS SHELTER: Trees can mitigate the effects of server weather: the effect of drought, habitat change, and ice melt over time, the changes will become increasingly more obvious probably in the form of more server weather. Trees can help reduce the effects of many types of server and more extreme weather condition. They hold soil to prevent erosion from down pours and flash flood, decreasing the soil temperature via shade, also prevent desertification and dustums. They absorbe carbon to help prevent the worst excesses of climate change and they can provide habitat and food for other species that make up the ecosystems 5 TREES MAKE AND AREA LIVABLE: trees help cool an area, cut electricity use and cost, and soothe the eye-all, while providing the benefits mentioned above. If we are to transform our urban areas to be walkable and bikeable, we will need to make them more pleasant. A helpful, but overlooked, way to encourage pedestrian transport is to plant trees. Not only are trees useful, but they are beautiful. Their green soothe the eye, their spring blossoms remind us that winter's harsh reign is almost ended, and their multicoloured fall leaves remind us that the baking heat of summer is over. Any one of these reason should be enough, but all of them together make planting urban trees, food forests, managed woodlots an important part of any resiliency effort. They are a keystone of environment. Trees aren't a cliche and therefore, our future. Since trees take many years to reach maturity, we need to plant a tree now.
